HOW TO REGISTER
An easy, efficient and secure way to register is by using the on line registration system. Simply follow the steps to complete your registration form online and you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours.
You may also register by fax by completing and returning the REGISTRATION FORM. Send the form along with payment information to the Hemophilia 2008 Congress Secretariat.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive confirmation of your registration.
Congress registration fee includes:

- One Copy of the Book of Abstracts
- Congress Delegate Bag
- Access to the Welcome Reception - Sunday June 1st

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), bank transfer or wire transfer. Please include all the information listed below to make your bank or wire transfer.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the sender. Clearly indicate the delegate's family name and include the note "registration fee" on your transfer and send a copy by e-mail or fax to the Hemophilia 2008 Congress Secretariat and Housing Bureau.
The Hemophilia 2008 Secretariat will not be responsible for tracking transfers deposited without appropriate identification.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Participants unable to attend will receive a refund equivalent to seventy-five percent (75%) of their paid registration fee provided. The Congress Secretariat must be advised of the cancellation in writing on or before April 18, 2008. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the email address on your Congress registration. If you do not receive a confirmation for your cancellation within 1 week of your request, please contact the Hemophilia 2008 Congress Secretariat & Housing Bureau to ensure your cancellation has been received.
The Congress Secretariat regrets that all requests for refunds received after April 18, 2008 will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued within one month after the Congress.
