Q. How can I register to attend the Congress?
A. The easiest way to register is by using the online registration facility. Otherwise, please visit the Registration section of the website to download a print copy of the Registration Form (pdf file). Simply complete the form and return it to the WFH. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation will be sent to you.
Q. Will there be child-care facilities at the Congress?
A. We recommend that you contact your hotel to arrange childcare during the Congress. The Congress venue (ICEC) will not have facilities for children nor are there any special activities planned.
Q. How can I submit an abstract?
A. If you have access to the Internet we encourage you to submit your abstract online as of February 2007. You may also visit the Program section of the web site and follow the link to Call for abstracts to download the pdf file. You can then mail or e-mail us your abstract submission(s).
Q. Will the sessions be presented in English?
A. Yes, all speakers are required to present their papers in English, however plenary sessions will also have simultaneous translation into other languages.
Q. I am interested in becoming an exhibitor. Where can I find more information?

Q. Why should I stay at one of the official Congress hotels?
A. The WFH has negotiated special prices at a variety of hotels in order to obtain the lowest rates possible for attendees.
Q. Will my registration information be shared with any other parties?
A. No. Your contact details and other information are kept strictly confidential. The WFH does not sell or distribute attendee lists.
Q. I tried to get a password to access my registration information, but a message came back indicating that e-mail couldn't be sent.
A. Registration information can be found in the Registration section of the Congress website. For registration fees click on registration fee and the fee grid will pop up. The 'Forgot your password?' function works when you have already entered your contact details or completed the registration process and received an access code via return e-mail. If you then forget or lose your access code it will be sent to you via e-mail.
